The staff refused to help me. And when I demanded help, they called the police and kicked me out.
It was clean and in good repair. Safe location.
The staff at front desk were pleasant
Second time staying here as I feel safe at this hotel. The added security of having to use your room key to enter the hallway after you check in is comforting to me as a woman traveling alone. In a good neighborhood but just like the added sense of safety. Also very pet friendly. Staff is always super nice. Room has always been very clean and the kitchenette is handy to have.
Never got to stay the office was closed and was told I’d receive my money back and have yet to get it back. Consumers beware!!

The property was clean and the location of the hotel was in a good area. They do actually have internet access for free but you can also choose to pay for a higher speed ranging from $1.99 to $2.99 per day.

Comfortable and clean
The front desk lady Shandrea was pleasant and very helpful. It's a new facility so it was clean i hope it stay that way for years to come.I like the lock down at their Michigan facility but they didn't have it there so I didn't feel as safe I could swear there was a lunatic above us because you could hear walking all through the nite up until 5am in the morning I could not get any sleep.
Very pleasant staff. Overworked, it appears, but keep a smile & do their best. They deserve a raise!
